Wake up to a gluten free pancakes morning!

1 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Pancake Mix or Buckwheat Flax Pancake Mix from The Pure Pantry
2 beaten eggs (or egg replacer: combine 1 teaspoon chia seeds with 2 tablespoons hot water, let sit for 5 minutes, whisk together)
1 1/3 cup choice of milk
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup on a greased heated griddle. When bubbles form and begin to pop, flip pancake over. Cook until both side are a golden brown
