• 2 cups The Pure Pantry All Purpose Baking Mix
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. sea salt

In large mixing bowl combine baking mix and baking powder.
Grate the butter into the flour mixture with the large hole side of the grater. Using your fingers, mix the butter into the flour so that there are no lumps of butter. Add the buttermilk (or rice milk and vinegar) water and beaten egg to the flour and combine with a fork. Add the cheese (optional), onion or garlic powder and chives, if desired. Do not over stir. Using a large spoon, drop the dough onto a greased pan to make 10 biscuits. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
