• 1/2 c. safflower oil
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 cup The Pure Pantry All Purpose Baking Mix
• 1/2 cup almond meal or gluten free oats
• 1/2 cup chopped dried apples or 1/2 cup chopped fresh apples
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 1 t. nutmeg
• 1 t. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend oil and dark brown sugar in medium size bowl. Add baking mix, almond meal or oats and stir. Add apples, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Mix until combined, but do not over stir. Grease loaf pan or muffin tin. P lace mixture in pan or muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes for muffins and 30 minutes for bread. Let cool for 10 minutes before turning over onto wire wrack to cool completely
