Shipping and Return Policies

Domestic Shipments:


The Pure Pantry will ship your order by UPS (available only in the contiguous 48 states) (please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on destination) or USPS (Post Office) (please allow 2-8 business days for delivery, depending on destination), whichever is the most economical calculated by weight and zip code.


Orders placed after 1:00 pm will process the next business day and will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders received over the weekend (Friday – Sunday), or on holidays, will be processed Monday a.m., or the next business day, respectively.

International Shipments:



All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination, plus a handling charge of $4.95, US currency only. Our free shipping offers do not apply to International orders. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes. 

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from the Pure Pantry, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. 

International orders are shipped via Air Mail which can take approximately 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy


We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our website we will refund your money promptly or send you a replacement, whichever you choose.

If you wish to return one of our products you purchased from one of our natural food stores, please contact them directly and follow their return guidelines. In most cases, the original retailer will be able to quickly handle your refund request.

Edit or Cancel an Order

If you wish to edit or cancel your on-line order after it has been placed, simply send us an email to info@thepurepantry.com or call Customer Service 1-866-881-7873, Monday – Friday, 8:a.m. to 5:p.m. explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order. However, you may refuse the package for a full refund/credit.

Lost or Damaged Shipment


Please contact Customer Service at 1-866-881-7873, Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. – 5p.m. to report lost or damaged product.

Disclaimer

The Pure Pantry reserves the right not to ship any product that they see fit for reasons such as delinquent accounts, import licenses, etc…. If this happens you will be notified via e-mail and your credit card will be refunded.
