Gluten Free BBQ Rub

Read all labels of spices to ensure they have no gluten

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Cajun spice blend
  • 1 oz. crushed black pepper
  • 1 oz. garlic powder
  • ½ oz. crushed bay leaves
  • 1 oz. curry powder
  • 1 oz. basil flakes
  • 1 oz. oregano flakes
  • 1 oz. thyme flakes
  • 1 oz. parsley flakes
  • 1 oz. paprika
  • 1 oz onion powder
  • 2 oz. sugar
  • 1 oz. sea salt

Instructions

Combine all spices and keep in air tight container. Use as a rub on fish, pork, chicken or beef.
