Gluten Free Pancakes

 

Summary: Wake up to a gluten free pancakes morning.

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Mix or All Purpose Baking Mix from The Pure Pantry
2 beaten eggs (or egg replacer)
1 1/3 cup choice of milk
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil or coconut oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup on a greased heated griddle.   When bubbles form and begin to pop, flip pancake over.  Cook until both side are a golden brown.
