Gluten-Free Blueberry Buckwheat Pancakes

Instructions

    Use cooking instructions for pancakes on the back of Buckwheat and Flax Pancake and Baking Mix. For each 1 1/3 cup mix add either 1/2 cup fresh or defrosted and drained frozen blueberries to the batter. Cook as directed. Serve with a dollop of your favorite vanilla yogurt and sprinkle with fresh blueberries. Drizzle with agave syrup, and enjoy!
