Gluten Free Brandy Wreaths

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups (2½ sticks) unsalted butter 
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons brandy
3 1/4 cups The Pure Pantry All-Purpose Baking Mix
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Using an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar.  In a small bowl beat egg yolk with brandy.  Mix into butter mixture.  Gradually add baking mix to make smooth but soft dough.  Make a ball with the dough and wrap in plastic wrap.  Chill for at least one hour.

Pinch off dough, roll into pencil thin strips approximately 10 inches in length, double the strip so that ends are together, and twist to bring both ends together to make a ring.  Combine cinnamon and sugar in small bowl.  Sprinkle rings with cinnamon and sugar.  Bake on parchment covered cookie sheet for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
