Gobble-Gobble Sugar Cookies
Here is a fun and easy way to create festive cookies for Thanksgiving. Use them as place holders at your Thanksgiving holiday table, wrap up as a great hostess gift for friends or family, or can just (Gobble-Gobble) enjoy them!
Makes 20 Cookies
Ingredients:
1 package Organic Sugar Cookie Mix from The Pure Pantry
Candy corn for feathers – 1 package
Orange sprinkles – such as India Tree Sparkling Sugar
Mini chocolate sprinkles or mini-chocolate chips for eyes
1 recipe Cookie Decorating Icing
1. Prepare sugar cookie mix according to package directions. Roll out dough and cut out turkey shaped cookies. Place chocolate chip or chocolate sprinkle for eye. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
2. Cool cookies completely. Frost with Decorating Icing. Sprinkle with sugar sprinkles and place candy corn for feathers.
